The title for this is taken from the night the album was recorded at Six
Flags Magic Mountain, the "Retirement Concert", as it were. This is the
first Undercover album I ever bought, admittedly at a lower-than-original
price, but it had a certain something that none of my other Christian
albums had... a certain essence of energy. I was hooked...
Personnel
Ojo- keyboards/bass

Songs
Is anyone thirsty?
I'm just a man
God rules
Three nails
Boys & Girls
I Love God
Cry myself to sleep
Darkest hour
Build a castle
Pilate
You and I
I'd rather stay
one to one
Come away with me
If I had a dream
All of these songs came from previous albums (Undercover, God Rules,
Boys and Girls
Renounce the World, and Branded) except
One to one and You and I, which were new at the time this album was made...kind of a
going-away present.
Undercover wasn't retired for long, though...
Lyrics
You And I
You're the difference, I must say
I like you near me, will you stay?
You're looking so good
You seem to understand
No harsh words, just a loving hand
You and I have never touched
Though we've lived a lot
And we've loved so much
You and I, face to face
Love was waiting to embrace
Born in chains, break the spell
Bring me back from the fires of hell
I know I'm guilty, but don't let me down
I'll try again to make you proud
I've helped a lot to build these walls
I need your help now to make them fall

One to One
Love is hardly ever found
Everywhere I look around
In the house that bears its name
Hang your head and cry in shame
Twisted rationality
Strips your personality
Nuts and bolts in some machine
Multitudes are never seen
One to one
Face to face we'll meet and fight a different war
One to one
Compassion is my weapon, Love will be my sword
One to one
Wanted badly to believe
I knew that I would have to leave
To honor and respect the Name
I took the slander and the shame
In the name of truth they kill
The Inquisition living still
Now I see through different eyes
I've seen the murder and the lies
They promised I would have my fill
Yet I find I'm thirsty still
Living waters, if you will
Yet I find I'm thirsty still
